MARKETING & MERCHANDISING

Our Marketing & Merchandising team is composed of highly skilled
professionals who expertly manage the entire delivery process,
ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish. From
understanding customer specifications and creating samples to
handling ordering, fabric processing, accessories sourcing,
production, and shipment coordination, our merchandisers ensure
that every aspect of the process aligns with the highest standards of
quality and efficiency. This comprehensive approach allows us to
meet the unique needs of each client and deliver products that
exceed expectations

QUALITY CONTROL AND INSPECTION

At A. Majeed & Sons, quality isn’t an afterthought — it’s the backbone of our process. Every garment begins its journey under the eye of our quality team, with inspections starting right after knitting, where fabrics are checked for uniformity and defects. Once the fabric goes through dyeing, each lot is carefully reviewed for shade accuracy, shrinkage, and fastness, ensuring consistency across every roll.
In stitching, quality moves hand in hand with production. Our QCs are stationed on every line, checking each piece in real time for stitching strength, accurate measurements, and flawless workmanship. By the time a garment reaches finishing, it undergoes detailed audits for trims, labeling, ironing, and overall presentation — because the final touch matters as much as the first.
Before shipment, our senior QCs carry out a final inspection on every lot, approving only what meets international standards and customer requirements. With layered checks at every stage and QCs in every critical operation, we deliver garments that are not only well-made, but truly export-ready and dependable — every single time.

research and development

Our Research & Development team focuses on innovation, quality, and sustainability to enhance every aspect of our knitwear production. From exploring advanced knitting techniques and new yarn blends to developing prototypes and testing for durability, we ensure each product meets the highest standards. The Process

fabrication department

At AMS, our Fabrication Department ensures the finest preparation of fabrics before production begins. Using advanced technology and skilled processes, we handle fabric inspection, relaxation, and preparation to maintain consistency and quality. This step guarantees that every garment starts with perfectly processed materials for superior results.

cutting

At A Majeed and Sons, we operate a cutting facility with a daily capacity of 15,000 to 20,000 pieces, depending on the article. Our cutting department is equipped with the latest technology to maintain precise quality control and deliver accurate cuts for a variety of garment styles.

stitching

The Stitching Department at A. Majeed & Sons brings together skilled craftsmanship and modern technology to deliver garments with unmatched precision. With a daily capacity of 20,000–25,000 pieces, our operators work on advanced sewing machinery to produce strong seams, accurate fits, and flawless finishes at scale. Every garment is monitored closely to ensure it meets international standards of durability, comfort, and style, making our stitching floor a true backbone of quality production.
